- RAM（主記憶）：電源を切るとデータが消える揮発性メモリ。プログラム実行中に使用
- ROM：電源を切ってもデータが消えない不揮発性メモリ（BIOS・ファームウェア）
- 仮想記憶：HDDをRAMの延長として使う技術（RAMが不足する際に使用）
