- 機能要件：システムが「何をするか」（例：商品を名前で検索できる）
- 非機能要件：システムが「どのように動くか」（例：2秒以内に応答・99.9%稼働）
- 要件が不明確なままシステムを作ると、完成後に「こんなものは頼んでいない」となる最大のリスク
🇬🇧 English
- Functional requirements — WHAT the system must do. "Users can search for products by name." Specific, testable actions.
- Non-functional requirements — HOW well the system must perform. "Must respond in under 2 seconds." "Must be available 99.9% of the time."
- This step is critical. If requirements are vague, the team builds the wrong thing — expensive to fix after development is done.

- လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်လိုအပ်ချက် (Functional) — "ကုန်ပစ္စည်းကို နာမည်ဖြင့် ရှာနိုင်ရမည်" ကဲ့သို့ system မည်သည့်အရာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ကို သတ်မှတ်သည်။
- လုပ်ဆောင်မှုဆိုင်ရာမဟုတ်သောလိုအပ်ချက် (Non-functional) — "၂ စက္ကန့်အတွင်း တုန်ပြန်ရမည်"၊ "၉၉.၉% ရရှိနိုင်ရမည်" ကဲ့သို့ ဘယ်လောက်ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ကို သတ်မှတ်သည်။
