The design of products, devices, services, and environments so they can be used by people with disabilities. In IT, web accessibility refers to making websites usable by people with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments. Key standards include WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). The IT Passport exam tests this in the context of universal design.
